- Imported pressure sensor and display device are used to protect dies and presses accurately, reliably, long service life and effectively.
- Imported lubrication system (IHI brand grease lubrication, NOP brand thin oil lubrication)
- Clutch solenoid valves and voltage-retaining solenoid valves are all imported brands.
- Upper pressure, lower pressure and block are independently adjusted to assist the balanced use of the middle die.
- Especially suitable for the production of flange thin and Boss long parts
- Precision fabrication and T-thread adjustment are adopted for adjusting the block of the die holder. The adjustment amount is large (0-50mm adjustable range is acceptable).
- It can be used in a wide range and does not require frequent replacement of gaskets.
- It can be equipped with internal and external hydraulic flushing device.
